REPORT A FAULT

Only gas coming through when pressing soda?
1. Check the reset light on carbonator, if illuminated, press reset button or unplug unit for 5 seconds and wait for unit to recharge before dispensing.

2. Pull off a few jugs of soda and continue to use.
Warm and flat drinks?
1. Check the contents of your CO2 bottle

2. After changing CO2 bottle it may be necessary to draw through carbonated water until normal flow is achieved
​
3. Check cooler is turned on and has ice in it
No syrup drawing through?
1. Check the contents of your bag-in-box product
​
2. Check the contents of your CO2 bottle
​
3. Check bag-in-boxes are connected correctly
​
4. Check changeover valve (if fitted) is activated.
Leaking CO2 gas?
1. Check for empty product boxes if gas is venting from gas pumps
​
2. Check CO2 washer is in place (renew if necessary)
General Cleaning Care
1. Soak in soda water once a week
​
2. Remove nozzle and wipe around to remove build-up of syrup
​
3. Wipe off handset and dry
